Delivery costs AED 25 for orders below AED 250. Orders of AED 250 or more qualify for free UAE delivery. Check your final total at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Message WhatsApp +971 56 466 5659 with your emirate and product for an expected delivery date before ordering. For an existing order, include your order number.

How do I pay by card via WhatsApp?

Choose the card-payment option at checkout and provide your WhatsApp number including the country code. After you place your order, we will send a Ziina payment link to your WhatsApp number. Your order remains unpaid until payment is confirmed. Never send your card details in a WhatsApp message.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery is available when shown as a payment option at checkout.

How do I choose a fragrance?

Open the aroma concentrate product, select your fragrance from the options, then add it to your cart. Check the fragrance listed in your cart before checkout.

Can I return an item?

Contact us to request a return within 7 days of delivery. See our Returns & Refunds page for the process.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we help resolve the issue.
