How to request a return

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from your order, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep the packaging while we help resolve the issue.

Refund updates

Contact us with your order number for the available refund arrangements and an update on your return. We will confirm the refund details for your request.
